Alfa suddenly told me to give charity to beggars, What do i do?

i was coming off the BRT and suddenly a man walked behind me and tapped me, I sensed he was an Alfa or sort because he had a "tesbieu" with him on his right hand.  He walked up t me and asked me to go and buy 6 salts and 3 10 Naira notes, He said i should give it to beggars before a certain time and date. Also offered to give me his number (which i collected anyways) to call him after i am done.

Was wondering what all this was and he said , he sat behind me in the BRT and he sensed i have a pure heart but i have wicked people around me. Well the thing is i don't get all of these and i kinda don't know what to do.
