Anheuser-Busch takes over SABMiller in $107bn deal

EVENTS on the global landscape of the brewing industry got more interesting, yesterday, as global brewing giant, Anheuser-Busch InBev, announced acquisition of a major competitor, SABMiller in a $107 billion (£71 billion) deal.
