Russia regards May’s statement on ex-spy’s poisoning as ‘gross’ provocation

The Russian Foreign Ministry said Wednesday it regarded the punitive measures against Russia announced by UK Prime Minister Theresa May over Moscow’s alleged involvement in poisoning of ex-spy Sergei Skripal as gross provocation.
