Osun 2022: INEC moving toward credible 2023 elections?

The increased efficiency of the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) at the July 16 Osun governorship poll, is an indication that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is on its way to conduct a credible 2023 general elections.
