How does someone buy Cars in Nigeria this Days?

Need to get myself an automobile and i taught i will ask how best does someone get cars in Nigeria this days?

Does Cotonou things still work? abi Apapa wharf or Car dealers things ?(Hope they wont reap you off).  A friend said he has a brother who can help ship in from USA, How safe is that?

Speaking of which, This new Online Naija sites (nairalist or cheki) - Do they work abi na scan too. Or is it just wise to use this bank - Car scheme with Toyota or them Hyundai them?
