The chairman of Oto-Awori Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Prince Musibau Asafa, has died following a prolonged illness. His death was announced in a statement posted on Facebook on Saturday morning by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Bodunrin Ayodele.
