BENIN CITY – The Edo State Polytechnic, Usen, has set up three institutes to train technicians and professionals in maritime, horticulture and refrigeration technology. The institutes are the Greg Ogbeifun Institute of Maritime Technology, the Santua Institute of Horticulture Technology, and the Austin Laz Institute of Refrigeration Technology.
