Court threatens to strike out EFCC’s suit against Okorocha

A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Monday, threatened to strike out the lawsuit filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against the former governor of Imo, Sen. Rochas Okorocha.
