The new rector of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwanna, Afikpo, Ebonyi State, Dr Felix Attah, yesterday expressed regret over what he described as massive theft and pillage of the polytechnic properties, dilapidation of buildings and shabby jobs by past administrations.
