NNPCL deducts N1.35 trillion from federation account for subsidy, Pipeline operations

The newly formed Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) in its recent report to the Federation Account Allocation Committee, FAAC has disclosed that it deducted the amount of N1.348 trillion from oil and gas earnings in a period of three months.
