Rich man’s hell: Residents, commuters lament poor state of Lekki-Epe expressway

Some residents and commuters in the Lekki area of Lagos have raised the alarm about the deplorable state of the Lekki-Epe Expressway and its attendant effects on them. They lamented the hike in transport fares, the number of hours they spend in traffic and how traffic has got worse, especially during the rainy season. One
