Kanye West has reportedly proposed to his girlfriend and the mother of his baby, Kim Kardashian. But before you start picking out your wedding gifts, it seems the reality star has turned the rapper’s offer down! According to reports, despite Kanye’s apparent unwavering love for Kim, his girlfriend just feels she isn’t quite ready to get married a third time and thinks they should wait a little longer.
