FCTA to sanction errant oil marketers

The Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency has warned that owners of filling stations risk sanction and loss of operating licences, if they continue to violate safety standards for the discharge of petroleum products. It added that errant marketers may also be compelled to pay compensation to any third party affected by their disregard for
