Pasuma may be prosecuted for manslaughter

Fuji musician, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma may be prosecuted for manslaughter following his purported killing of a 12-year-old boy with his car in Alimosho, Lagos recently.

 The victim, identified as Bidemi, it was said attended a show where the artiste performed at St. Augustine Events Hall, Isheri-Idimu, but was killed while trying to catch a closer glimpse of the musician.

 Pasuma was said to be in a hurry to depart the show arena when he noticed that street urchins popularly called “Area Boys” were waiting to extort money from him

It was gathered that in a bid to avoid confrontation with the street urchins, Pasuma knocked the little boy down as he sped off with his Range Rover SUV.

 Spokespersons for the singer have debunked the story linking Pasuma with the death of the boy, stating that the deceased may have been killed by another driver in the singer’s convoy.
