JUST IN: Reps adjourn sitting over workers’ strike

The House of Representatives has adjourned plenary over the industrial strike declared by the Nigeria Labour Congress on Tuesday to enable the leadership of the federal legislature to take urgent steps to resolve the lingering issues between organised labour and the President Bola Tinubu-led government. The adjournment followed the consideration and adoption of a motion
