Ebonyi scholars sign bond to return home after studies

Ebonyi government says it will not tolerate defection among beneficiaries of its overseas scholarship scheme who are scheduled to depart for the United Kingdom by the end of September. The chairman of the state scholarship board, Chief Chaka Nweze, said this on Saturday in Abakaliki while addressing the 263 beneficiaries of the scheme on requirements
