To ensure the implementation of the Freedom of Information law in Imo State, a group known as Connected Development has partnered the National Orientation Agency for effective impact. The Support Officer of Connected Development, Chimezie Obosie, stated this in Owerri on Monday when the group called on the state Director of NOA, Demian-Igwe Stella Maris,
