Jigawa launches solar-powered irrigation farming

Jigawa State Government has launched a summer farming scheme, starting with 80 youths. Speaking while Inaugurating the initiative via using solar-powered borehole-based irrigation scheme at Lallashi village in Maigatari Local Government Area on Saturday, Governor Umar Namadi said Jigawa State stated that the state government had allocated special funds in this year’s budget to support
