LASG to prosecute woman for improper waste disposal

The Lagos State Government has said it will prosecute a woman, identified as Nwakwo Patient, for allegedly dumping refuse at an undesignated point. The state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, said on Monday that the suspect was arrested on March 13 2025, at approximately 7:47 a.m in the Alimosho area of Lagos.
