Ondo Police Arrest 13 Suspects Over Violent Idanre Attack

The Ondo State Police Command has arrested 13 suspects in connection with the deadly violent clash that erupted in Idanre on February 18, 2026, resulting in the deaths of two people, injuries to three others, and widespread property destruction.The arrests were carried out following an intensive, intelligence-led operation personally directed by the Commissioner of Police, CP Adebowale Lawal, who ordered a swift manhunt to apprehend all those responsible and restore calm.Acting on credible intelligence and through sustained surveillance, operatives from the Idanre Division conducted coordinated raids at various locations, leading to the detention of the following individuals:Adewusi, male, 38   Dele, male, 28   Akinkurole, male, 38
