Abuja: The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr Bernard Doro, has inaugurated the “One Humanitarian-One Poverty Response System (OHOPRS)” aimed at lifting 50 million Nigerians out of poverty by 2030.
