Members of the Conference of Nigerian Political Parties (CNPP) Lagos State chapter have shown their displeasure with the Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Attahiru Jega, over the poor distribution of Permanent Voters’Cards, PVCs, in the state, stressing that he lacked the expected integrity needed to conduct a free and fair elections in Nigeria
