Lt. Gen Jeremiah Huseni urges President Jonathan to Equip the Military - BH

Former minister of the Federal Capita Territory (FCT), Lt. General Jeremiah Huseni, has urged President Goodluck Jonathan to equip the military with sophisticated weapons to enable them flush out Boko Haram insurgents before the commencement of the forthcoming general elections.

The retired general made the call yesterday in an interview with Daily Sun during the installation of and presentation of staff of office to Alhaji Ahmodu Al-Makura, an elder brother to governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura as Sangari Kwandere at Kwandere area of Lafia Local Government Area of the state.

He urged the military to live up to expectation and stop Boko Haram insurgents from terrorizing the nation.
