Court to hear Jonathan’s eligibility suit Monday

The plaintiffs who withdrew their suit challenging the eligibility of President Goodluck Jonathan to seek re-election from a Federal High Court, Abuja, has re-filed the suit before a Federal Capital Territory High Court in Maitama, Abuja.
