UCl team of the year.

Branislav Ivanovic has been named in the 2014/15 Champions League Squad of the Season.

The squad, made up of 18 players, has been put together by UEFA technical observers’, with Ivanovic the only Barclays Premier League representative.

The Serbian played in all but one of our matches in this season’s competition, only missing the group-stage home game against Sporting Lisbon when we had already qualified for the knockout rounds.

Ivanovic scored our goal in the 1-1 draw away at Paris Saint-Germain and made his 50th Champions League appearance in the 6-0 win over Maribor in October.
