Unpaid Campaign Funds: Security Calls For Arrest Of Nenadi Usman, Fani-Kayode

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has disowned Senator Nenadi Usman and  a multibillion naira transaction allegedly routed through her company, Jointrust Dimentions Nigeria Limited, while campaigning for the re-election of former President Goodluck Jonathan. The case is already pending before Justice C.U.Ndukwe of an Abuja Hight Court in Kuje. While the case is pending before the court, a security expert and managing director of Panic Alert Security Systems (PASS),  Mr. George Uboh, has called for the immediate arrest and prosecution of Senator Nenadi Usman, Femi Fani-Kayode, Chief Emeka Offor and others. In a statement he issued in Abuja yesterday, Uboh said he has been monitoring a case of unpaid campaign debt against PDP, Ahmadu Alli and Nenadi Usman by a company, Silon Concepts Limited, through its lawyers, Festus Keyamo, in suit no: FCT/HC/CV/2017/2015. Uboh observed with dismay how PDP and Nenadi Usman dissipate their energies by washing their dirty linens in public rather than pay what they allegedly owe the contractor for a job duly contracted. He alleged that Senator  Usman, in collaboration with other members of PDP Presidential Campaign Organization (PDP PCO), opened an account with Zenith Bank, where Nenadi Usman maintained her corporate account, in the name of Jointrust Dimentions Nigeria Limited, with account number 1010740698. Recall that PDP through its counsel Kwon Victor, who is also the party’s Legal Adviser, had on 18th June 2015, and in defence to a lawsuit against Nenadi Usman, Ahmadu Alli and PDP, disowned Usman in PDP campaign-related transactions allegedly carried out with her company, Jointrust Dimentions Nigeria Limited.
