Zaria killings: Northern governors urge residents to embrace peace

Godwin Isenyo The 19 state governors in the northern region said on Saturday after an emergency meeting in Kaduna State that nobody was above the law and as such, any group engaging in any form of procession, religious or otherwise, must obtain a police permit as prescribed by the law. The governors also expressed concern
