Nigeria on standby  to host rugby tourney

Nigeria has been asked to be on standby to host the 2016 African Rugby Cup 1C Tournament if Morocco loses the hosting rights. Nigeria had lost the bid to the North African country due concerns over the country’s security situation. But Rugby Africa has placed Nigeria on standby should Morocco fail to meet its obligations.
