NOWA In Rivers Cautions Girls On ‘Negative’ Celebration Of St.Valentine’s Day

The Nigerian Navy Officers Wives Association (NOWA) in Rivers on Sunday, cautioned young girls against indulging in immoral acts in the name of celebrating Valentine’s Day. Mrs Sha’awa Kashim-Ibrahim, Zonal Director of NOWA, Port Harcourt zone, gave the word of caution while distributing Valentine gifts to patients at the Navy Medical Centre in Port Harcourt....
