Abia state government has contracted for the first time in over 20 years a major construction firm to tackle the intractable flood problem in Aba. Disclosing this in Aba, the commissioner for works Hon  Eziuche Ubani said the state government  had to  engage the services of SETRACO Nig  ltd  for the  design of the  de-flooding...
