VC advocates establishment of film villages to preserve Igbo cultural values

Prof. Fidelis Okafor, the Vice Chancellor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), has called for the establishment of film villages in the South East Zone to ensure preservation of Igbo cultural values.
