Misapplication of Bail-Out Fund: Enugu govt blasts ICPC

Enugu State government, yesterday, lampooned the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offenses, ICPC, over its report alleging the state misapplied the Federal Government bail-out fund, set aside to liquidate arrears of salaries and  pensions owed public servants in the state.
