Court awards N100,000 against lawyer for violating ACJA

Ramon Oladimeji Justice Mojisola Olatoregun-Ishola of a Federal High Court in Lagos on  Tuesday ordered an Ibadan-based lawyer, Mr. Olalekan Ojo, to pay a cost of N100,000 for being absent in court for the scheduled trial of his client, Haruna Jauro. Jauro is being tried by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for an alleged
