Tell Agip to respect agreement on IPP step down, youths tell Okowa

NDOKWA youths, under the aegis of Ndokwa Youth Alive Progressive Forum, NYAPF, have urged Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State, to compel Nigeria Agip Oil Company, NAOC, to respect the agreement it reached with the Federal Government on the step down of the Independent Power Plant, located at Okpai in Ndokwa East Local Government Area of the state to avert the looming crisis in Ndokwa nation.
