Ade Adesomoju, Abuja The Code of Conduct Tribunal on Wednesday dismissed the motion filed by Senate President Bukola Saraki, asking the tribunal chairman, Danladi Umar, to disqualify himself from further presiding over his (Saraki) trial on charges of asset declaration breaches.
