22 Suspects Arrested For Vandalising Kaduna Solar Panel Street Lights

Security agencies in Kaduna have arrested 22 suspects for vandalising and stealing solar street lights installed by the Kaduna State Government. Samuel Aruwan, spokesman to Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai disclosed on Wednesday that 19 out of the 22 suspects have been charged to court.
