Boko Haram defeat: NIPSS alumni wants FG to address issues driving sect

The Alumni Association of the National Institute, AANI, for Policy and Strategic Studies, NIPSS, Kuru, Jos, Plateau State, has said that after the formal announcement of military defeat of Boko Haram, it was time for the Federal Government to address the ideological and other issues that gave rise to the Islamic group.
