Rivers NSCDC arrests 19 suspected oil thieves

Chukwudi Akasike, Port Harcourt THE Rivers State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps has arrested 19 suspected oil thieves and impounded illegally refined petroleum products worth N250m.
