Cancer: Reps seek free drugs, chemotherapy for patients

The House of Representatives on Thursday urged Federal Government to provide subsidies for palliative drugs and chemotherapy for cancer sufferers. It also called for the provision of radiotherapy machines for government hospitals. This was sequel to a motion by Rep. Zubairu Bungudu (Zamfara-APC) and Rep. James Faleke (Lagos-APC).
