Alaghodaro: Edo to remodel Benin Moat, develop Sokponba Resort for tourism

As part of investment potential in tourism to be unveiled at the forthcoming Alaghodaro Investment summit, the Edo State Government has revealed plans to excavate the historic Benin Moat, which is the world’s longest manmade earthwork, as well as, develop more than 58 other tourist sites in the state to boost earnings from the  tourism sector.
