Gov Dickson demands for 13% derivation from ECA for oil producing state

As controversies continue to trail the plan by the federal government to withdraw $1 billion from the Excess Crude Account, ECA, to tackle Boko Haram, Governor Henry Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa state has demanded that the 13 percent derivation component of the one billion Dollars be deducted and sent to the various oil producing states.
