Lagos impounds 196 okadas, to prosecute 72 riders

The operatives of the Lagos State Task Force and officials of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC) have impounded 196 motorcycles (okadas) and arrested 72 riders at Mile 2 and FESTAC areas of Lagos, Southwest Nigeria.
