Graft: Court jails magistrate 3yrs for demanding bribe

Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court in Maitama, yesterday, sentenced Magistrate Mohammed Balogun to three years imprisonment for demanding gratification to influence a judgment. Justice Ishaq Bello, who convicted Balogun, however, gave him an option of N500,000 fine.
