CVR: 11m Nigerians will be registered before 2019–Prof Yakubu

Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, said before the commencement of the 2019 general elections about 11 million Nigerians would have been captured and issued their Permanent Voters Cards, PVCs, in the on-going Continuous Voter Registration, CVR.
