Kafarati sworn in as substantive CJ of Federal High Court 

After nine months in acting capacity, Justice Abdul Kafarati was yesterday sworn in as the substantive Chief Judge of Federal High Court. Justice Kafarati succeeds Ibrahim Auta whose tenure lapsed in September 2017.
