When not to drink tea

•Don’t drink tea before or after a meal, as some substance contained in tea might be neutralising the nutrition.

•Do not drink tea after you eat high-mineral vegetables

•If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, avoid drinking either tea or coffee, as caffeine and stimulant substance could stimulate uterus contraction and obstruct mammary glands.

•Add sugar as less as possible to your tea, because sugar neutralises useful substances in tea.

•Add lemon to your tea. The astringent effect of lemon protects the digestive system from harmful substances.
