We have no budgetary allocation for International Observers –  INEC 

The Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, on Friday in Abuja, said the commission had no prepared budgetary allocation for international observers coming to monitor the 2019 general elections.
