AWKA—THE leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, yesterday, said he had instructed IPOB lawyers to file a case of international fraud, forgery and deception against the West African Examinations Council, WAEC, before a Ghanaian court, to challenge the council’s recent attestation of President Muhhamadu Buhari’s West African School Certificate, WASC.
