PDP vs APC - "APC must be Dreaming to want to Overthrown PDP"

Against the backdrop of a statement made by the leaders of yet- to- be registered All Progressives Congress (APC) that they would send the ruling party packing, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), yesterday, dismissed the leadership of the new party as day dreamers.

National publicity secretary of PDP, Chief Oliseh Metuh, in a statement, dispelled fears that divergence of views and opinions among its members were capable of weakening it ahead of 2015.

He submitted that there were positive signs and concrete indications that the party would still win the Presidency and more states by 2015.

“Such are a reflection of its democratic stance where all members have opportunity to air their views and to freely canvass their opinions unlike what obtains in the opposition parties where opinions and views of members are muzzled by political godfathers.

“The opposition alliance will soon be in disarray as most of those in the ranks will be betrayed and victimised by the godfathers who see the coalition as their personal estates,”Metuh said
