‘Why Buhari’s government is undermining judiciary’

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has said failure to publish and fully implement the recommendations of the report on financial autonomy of state legislature and judiciary, was the reason the government of President Muhammadu Buhari has continued to disregard the judiciary.
